The New York Jets, New York Giants and MetLife Stadium staff would like to welcome members of our disabled community to MetLife Stadium.

It is our hope that this information, which explains our services, programs and policies, will make your visit to our stadium a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.

Accessibility Assistants

Symbol for Wheelchair Accessibility

Guests with limited mobility who would like assistance may request transportation to their seat from the gates via a wheelchair from an Accessibility Assistant. This service may be requested from any team member located at the gates.

Assistive Listening System

Assistive Listening System

MetLife Stadium offers an Assistive Listening service through Listen Everywhere which is accessible through your mobile phone.

Instructions for using the Listen Everywhere APP to stream sound to your personal device:

  1. Download the app “listen everywhere” to a mobile device.
  2. Connect to Wi-Fi
  3. Open the app, select the box in the lower left-hand corner to type the IP address: 10.210.240.40
  4. Once processed, there are 5 different streaming options to choose from, select your listening preferences and enjoy!

Closed Captioning

Closed Captioning (CC)

All integral game information is captioned on the ribbon board below the Pepsi and HCLTech video screens. Captioning is also available on all televisions mounted on the section signs on the concourses.

Concession Stands

Every concession stand and bar is accessible to guests with disabilities. Guests may request additional assistance from the nearest team member at any food service locations.

Elevators

Symbol for Wheelchair Accessibility

Elevators for guests with disabilities are available in MetLife Stadium at the HCLTech, Verizon and Pepsi entrances. Elevators are also available at the premium seating entrances which are located on the east and west sides of the Stadium.

MetLife Stadium team members have been trained in emergency preparedness including evacuation procedures for all guests.

Guest Services

The Information Symbol

MetLife Stadium Guest Services Booths are located on the 100 Concourse near Sections 124 and 149, on the 200 Concourse near Sections 227 and 249 and on the 300 Concourse near Sections 303, 324, 328 and 349. The team members at the Guest Services Booths inside the Stadium can dispense assistive listening receivers and headsets, alternative format material and assist in re-seating guests with disabilities. The team members at all of the Guest Services Booths are trained in assisting guests with special requests.

Interpreting Services

Sign Language Interpretation

Guests requiring interpreting services for concerts are asked to contact the Guest Services Hotline (201-559-1515) no later than three weeks after the event tickets sales begin.

Parking/Drop-Off

Accessible parking is available in Lots E, F and G with a parking pass and a valid DMV issued Vehicle License Plate and/or Placard for Persons with a Disability. The dedicated drop-off area for guests with disabilities is in Lot C, which is located between the Verizon Gate and the HCL Tech Gate.  Traffic and Parking team members will direct guests to Lot C from all stadium roadway access points.

Ramps & Escalators

Code compliant public ramps are available in MetLife Stadium. These ramps are located at the north and south end-zones. Public escalators are located at the Bud Light, HCLTech, Verizon, MetLife and Pepsi entrances.

Restrooms

All public restrooms are accessible to our patrons with disabilities. Family or Companion restrooms are also located on every level in the Stadium.

Sensory Inclusion

MetLife Stadium has partnered with Kulture City in an effort to provide a more inclusive and comfortable experience for our guests with sensory processing needs. Our team members are trained and certified to recognize opportunities to assist these guests in their enjoyment of our events. We also offer sensory bags containing noise-cancelling headphones brought to you by Bose, fidget toys and weighted lap pads among other resources for checkout at any Guest Service Booth or Concierge Desk located through the Stadium. For further information or assistance, please contact our Guest Services Department at (201) 559-1515.

Service Animals

Animals are not permitted in MetLife Stadium except for service animals and service animals in training. A service animal means any dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Your service dog or miniature horse must remain on its leash for the duration of your visit at MetLife Stadium. Service animals do not include emotional support animals.

Ticket Information

Subject to availability, guests may visit Ticketmaster online at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-877-7575 to purchase accessible seating. Additional information is available by calling the MetLife Stadium Guest Services Hotline at 201-559-1515.

If a guest knows in advance that they will need to exchange fixed seating for accessible seating, they should contact the MetLife Stadium Guest Services Hotline at 201-559-1515 prior to the event to determine if accessible seating is available. If a guest with a disability arrives at the Stadium and needs to be re-seated into accessible seating, please visit the nearest Guest Services Booth or Concierge Desk to determine if accessible seating is available.

Wheelchair & Companion Seating

MetLife Stadium has wheelchair/low mobility and companion seating on all levels. Guests are advised that Stadium management reserves the right to take the appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair and companion seats. Any guest presenting a ticket for one of these sections will be seated in the appropriate location without being asked any additional questions.
