Your use of any part of the Site acknowledges your acceptance of the terms of this Policy and the manner in which NMSC collects, uses and discloses your personal information in accordance with this Policy. This Policy applies only to personal information collected on the Site but does not apply to any other information you may submit to any of our third-party business partners through their own web sites (such as for ordering tickets). INFORMATION COLLECTED AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

We may collect non-personally identifiable information about you in a number of ways, including tracking your activities through your IP address and computer settings. We may also ask you to provide certain non-personally identifiable information about yourself, such as your age, household income, buying preferences, etc. We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily submit such information to us. We will require basic contact information from you (name, address, email address, phone number), for example, if you participate in any online survey, fill out a registration form, enter an online sweepstakes, subscribe to receive promotional offerings, subscribe to receive any newsletters or notices, reserve stadium club space, or purchase stadium suites. Purchases will also require the secure submission of credit card payment information.

We may also track your interactions with us, such as your activity on this Site and other web sites you may visit before or after our Site, through use of cookies and other technology such as web server logs. We do this to improve your overall customer experience, provide you with better service, and assist NMSC with internal research and reporting purposes.

A web server log is a file where website activity is stored. Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your hard drive, not on the Site. Cookies do not spy on you or invade your privacy, and they cannot fool your hard drive and steal information. Rather, they help to improve your ability to navigate the Site easily. We may use cookies to deliver specific content, consistent with your interests, and to allow you to avoid re-entering all your registration data at each connection. You have the ability to disable cookies through your web browser, but this may affect your experience using our Site. We may allow other companies that are presenting advertisements or providing services on the Site to set and access cookies on your computer, but those companies' use of cookies will be covered by their own privacy policies, not ours. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to better administer our Site.

Apart from any personal information that identifies you, we may also collect statistical data through the Site, such as how many people visit the Site, what pages they visit, where they come from, how long they stay, what transactions they may enter into, what services they may subscribe to, the types of purchases, etc. This data is collected on an aggregate, anonymous basis, through the use of cookies and/or Internet server logs, and does not contain any personal information. We may use this anonymous or aggregated data for any purpose, including for research and marketing purposes, and may also share such data with our business partners and other third parties such as advertisers.
