INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN
NMSC strictly adheres to the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children under 13 that is voluntarily provided without verifiable parental or legal guardian consent, such as by requiring a parent to fax a signed consent form, send an email that can only be opened with a PIN number supplied upon extending parental consent, or submission of a credit card number (the card will not be charged) for verification purposes only. The validity of any parental or guardian consent shall be assessed in our sole discretion consistent with the requirements of applicable law.
