STADIUM TICKET OFFICE
The MetLife Stadium Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday from 11am to 5pm on non-event days. It is located in the West VIP Lobby and is accessible through the MetLife Gate (park in Lots F or G). To reach the Ticket Office by phone please call 201-559-1300.
Tickets are not sold at the MetLife Stadium Ticket Office on the day they go on sale. First day of sales is online only. If tickets remain, they will typically be available at the Ticket Office beginning on the next business day. Please check availability before traveling to the Ticket Office.

EVENT DAY TICKET OFFICE
On event days, the Ticket Office is located at the trailer outside of the MetLife Gate and typically opens 3-5 hours before the event start time. Please check the event "Know Before You Go" to confirm opening time as this may change. The ticket office will close at halftime/intermission on event days.
There are also ticket offices located at each of the entrance gates to assist with ticket sales and the reprint of lost/stolen tickets. Please note there may be a fee associated with a ticket reprint. Locations that are open will vary by event.
WILL CALL
Ticketmaster will-call is available at any open ticket window. Guests who are picking up tickets at will-call will need picture ID, their confirmation number and the credit card with which the tickets were purchased in order to pick up the tickets. For select events, specialty will-call may vary. Please see the nearest team member for details.
WHO NEEDS A TICKET
All guests over 34" in height must have a ticket to enter MetLife Stadium. Children up to 34" inches in height may enter MetLife Stadium free of charge but must share a seat with an accompanying ticketed adult. Occasionally, for select non-NFL events, another policy may be in place. This includes Monster Jam, where everyone 2 years and older must have a ticket, regardless of height.
ACCESSIBLE SEATING
If you have obtained tickets in non-accessible seating and require the accessible features of these seating sections, please call 201-559-1515 to make arrangements for accessible seating in advance of the event. If you have obtained seating in an accessible section and do not require the features of this type of seating, please call 201-559-1515 to exchange your seating into a non-accessible section based on availability. NFL AWAY GAMES
Tickets for Giants or Jets games played at venues other than MetLife Stadium are not sold in our Ticket Office. Guest may check ticket availability by contacting the host team, the host venue, or visiting the
NFL Ticket Exchange . Please note, prices on the NFL Ticket Exchange may exceed face value.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
MetLife Stadium has a policy of no refunds or exchanges.

Tickets to all events at MetLife Stadium will be accessible via mobile device only. Fans can access and manage mobile tickets via the
Ticketmaster App, which is available in the App Store and Google Play.
How To Display Mobile Tickets On Your Phone:
- Find your mobile tickets in “My Events,” and add them to your phone’s wallet
- Transfer tickets directly to everyone else in your party before entering the stadium
- Display your mobile ticket at entry and you’re in!
Helpful Tips:
- Your ticket must be displayed on your phone to enter the event
- Tickets will not be emailed / available to print
- Please have your mobile ticket downloaded before you enter the security line
